5 new industrial units, totalling 90,000 sq.ft., within a live, fully occupied existing industrial estate. In addition to the new units and their associated external yards and parking, new services and drainage were installed through the middle of the estate, along with completely reconfiguring the main estate road and re-surfacing existing tenant’s car parking areas. The project is rated BREEAM Excellent.
